we applied on 21st of may and than we got email on 21st july from missi. than they forward our file new delhi after that we never got any reply from new delhi.

I also got only one email that ur file is transferred to NDOV
I think it's all normal....no need to worry, as my spouse got PPR last week.
They ll only contect u if something missing in ur file or extra dacuments required..

Yes I do check email every now and then but I hvnt got anything from them. I check with both emails mine and my wife's including spam folder. The only email I have got in my inbox was from CIC-M saying they approved my sponsorship and now they will transfer my file to NDVO( on Sep30) but since then I haven't heard back from anybody. My ecas only says that they receivedmy wife's application on August 7th(when it was received at CIC-M)

Tomorrow is stat holiday so I will make an inquiry on Wednesday...

Are you sure you didn't get any email from NDVO after SA?? bcoz once your sponsorship is approved here in Canada it should not take that long (40 days as you said) for the file to be transferred to new delhi.. what email id you have on the application?? by email id I mean applicants email id? please check that even spam folders etc. you should have something from them if not you not contact them or your sponsor should check with CIC-Mississauga if they transferred it or not.
