pcc for six month
medical for 11 months

By the time we submitted our file, the medical was already 11 months old and PCC was 8 months old.

They never came back asking for a re-do but our file is stuck on AR/MR. Could this be a possible reason for the delay? Its been 10 months now, we are Jan applicant.

I don't think we can do both again on our own now, unless they ask for it...

I have a question. How much time do they give to land in Canada. My wife's medical expires on 29th Jan 2015 and she got IP on Nov 6th. So technically if she gets her passport back with visa by end on Nov then will they give 30 days to land in Canada or will it be till the medical expires?

We've done MP enquiry and ordered the notes but according to the enquiry they haven't even picked up our file yet to review.

Max Time Depends On Validity of Visa

It is till the validity of medicals.

Came across this wonderful forum so decided to join and ask a quick question. Replies will be appreciated.

Here is the timeline for my spouse who is in India.

Application Received : May 23, 2014
AOR 1 : July 24, 2014
AOR 2: August 7, 2014
In Process: November 1
Decision Made: November 8

Any idea as to when the passport request will be sent by NDVO now since the decision has been made. These guys have a weird way of working and even update the ECAS toll on the weekends.

here in Canada only on 25th and 26th they are off and I think even NDVO is also off on those two days only.

Are you sure you didn't get any email from NDVO after SA?? bcoz once your sponsorship is approved here in Canada it should not take that long (40 days as you said) for the file to be transferred to new delhi.. what email id you have on the application?? by email id I mean applicants email id? please check that even spam folders etc. you should have something from them if not you not contact them or your sponsor should check with CIC-Mississauga if they transferred it or not.
