good luck with your application..

use this link to find out who your mp is and their contact info

first call and make an appointment on the phone, one of the secratory of MP would work reg immigration issues. speak to him/her.

each mp has a differnt method, some of them want to meet personally so go meet them. take File no, UCI no app date, Name of person and other related info...

Did anybody submit the passport directly to New Delhi? I m from Kerala and there is no VFS in Kerala. Please let me know.

You can send from blue dart.. I sent my pp using blue dart not vfs. Its just that vfs is more safe..

Hi guys,

Are there any early May 2014 applicant whose status changed from Application Received to IP? We applied on 2nd May and it still says AR when we check our status.

Plus we sent an email to NDVO more than a month ago to update our mailing address and the address is still old on ecas.

Please advice what we should do!

Hi kan_sri I too got AOR on 3rd April... Same as u ... Its dm from long time no ppr... I guess they r really not luking into files near our timelines may b this particular batch is stuck... Thr r many more who got AOR near this date I.e march last week n April first week r literally stuck... Hubby called CIC Canada n they said thr is no red flag against our file everythng is fine n even they were shocked as to y we didn't receive ppr yet... I really donno what's in thr mind...

I am july applicant & my wife is working in canada.
My sponsorship is approved on 2SEPT.

Now in last week my wife got a new job.
It is require to update this info to CIC or as sponsorship is approved there is no need for that?
If yes how can i do it?

Actually there is rush of files in the embassy
So it's a time taking procedure and moreover
Everyone s case is different..
So it takes time..
Hopefully everyone gets through.
