You are right DNP. IT IS NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. AT STARTING PIINT IT IS THEY RECEIVED ALL FILES THEN THEY WILL SHARE THAT STACK WITH ALL OFFICERS. THEN IF FILE IS COMPLICATED THEY WILL ASK MORE DOCS OR INTERVIEW. AND IF IT LOOK GOOD THEY WILL PROCESS IT. IF THEY WONT TRUST YOUR PAPERS. YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LONG WAIT. SOME PEOPLE I KNOW ITS BEEN 4 years. They r processing

May be, but as being in canada for years, I have seen people get their application done in 4 to 5 months and myself used to be involved in multiple immigration files so I know few immigration lawyer friends and they are usually give such information. It may have been changed right now but it was as I said back in couple of years. Last year they found big racket about fake marriage and stuff and most of them were indians, therefore they are giving such a hard time to current applicants. Sooner or later they will get back to as usual.

Remember, it is their utmost priority to bring sponserd spouses asap, thats what immigration minister said few months back when an uproar of fake marriages started to blown out of proportion by some opposition guys. So I dont think they are random but ya they are irregular right now..(files always been approved case to case basis but that doesnt mean a regular pattern is random)

I didn't check until today because I was expecting it to only change by end of September. It was definitely a pleasant surprise

Hey everyone!! I have been a silent observer for the last few months.

Wanted to share some exciting news that my wife's application is now in processing as of 8th Sept, 2014. Hope this gives hope to the March applicants ;D

the system of processing has changed a lott from last year.... as ppr was asked just after sa but now days its after dm ... so everything is messy..
