NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Hi Guys

My application under spouse category is under process in CIC. When I was in New Zealand, I had been given a speed ticket in 2010 ( exceeded 100km/h posted speed limit ) and I paid it next day. I did not declare it in CIC forms as I thought it's not a criminal offence. Will it make me inadmisssible to Canada?

Speeding tickets are not criminal offenses. They are 'Infractions', you do not have to declare them

I received SA on 31st july & now i have got an AOR to send the proof of payment "RPRF to our office in Mississauga" . i would pay it online by card. my question is do i have to send the proof to Mississauga office too ? or just to NDVO would be enough ?

i think you would send to Missisauga Office. That is where i send mine. NDVO also said that in the email my wife got.

i was wondering if anyone can answer my question. I have applied for my wife PR. during this time, can she travel to other countries?? to visit?

ofcourse, she can. I have applied for my PR in MArch and waiting for my turn. For work, many people travel. i had asked my lawyer and she confirmed that i can travel...

Does NDVO sends any AOR when the file is transferred to New Delhi? Ecas shows medical received. Can someone answer me this. Thanks

"SOMETIMES" they send a request for PCC and fee paid proff. We interpret that as AOR2. Many of us have got it, few of us have dont. It usually takes 15 days to a month to receive AOR2 after SA.

i have lodged file under family class sponsorship.On january 14 ,2014 they recieved my file and in march we letter for medical test which we did right away and then they sent my file to new delhi in april and asked for police clearance certificate which we provided them . After tht we didn't hear anything from them. So, how long they will take more for processing? Its gonna be 8 months now

Hi, i am a feb 2014 applicant too. I applied on Feb 13, 2014 and sponsorship approved in 20 days. Online status just shows we received ___ application for permanent residence on february 13, 2014.

No confirmation for medicals or pcc. is this normal?
