NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

i never received AOR from new delhi,
filed on 21st jan 2014
received letter from mississauga on 22nd feb 2014 and that was it.

I mailed my application on may 3rd,2014
i got a status saying now says it says decision made.

in the section of this

1. We received your application to sponsor"husband" on May 9, 2014

2. We sent you a letter on July 10, 2014 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. i received the confirmation letter.

In the Permanent Residence Application Status application received. We received "husband's" application for permanent residence on May 9, 2014.

so now The file is Transferred to New Delhi as I have met the Sponsorship requirement.

police and medical originals mailed out together with the file. Medical done april 5,2014, police-april 21,2014.
I have received my confirmation letter on july 10th,2014.

when do you think my husband will get his visa? what are the chances.

Congrats everyone who got ip's. You guys brought ray of hope for 2014 applicants.Wishing everyone should get their visas very .

I know that i not going to receive anything from Delhi office for atleast 2 months but i get excited by your updates.....indirectly gives me hope.... how things are going on..... getting into the habit of checking this thread like 5 times a day....

right now jan 2014 applicants are getting IN PROGRESS...

so you will have to wait a bit,.....

DO NOT WORRY,

seems a few jan 2014 applicants did not get AOR2 from delhi...
it does not matter.....

but to be safe, if you have a copy of the application forms with you, it is highly recommended that you check both (SPONSOR, and TO-BE-SPONSORED'S) email addresses....

and also check the SPAM FOLDER of the TO-BE-SPONSORED person's e-mail...

one of my frnd is nov applicant2013,..... usko b AOR nai aayi delhi se.... abhi tak she dnt gt any email n status still application rcvd!!
