Almost all applicants of October 2013 who had a straight forward case, have had decision made in the past week or so. Going by the lightning pace at which CIC New Delhi have been clearing applications, November-December would be done by second week of September. I don't expect 2014 to start anytime before 2nd week of September 2014, which means, brunt of the 2013 strike load will be taken by 2013 end and 2014 applicants.

Your Calculation seems to be right, there isn't as many applicants for Nov and Dec as compared to the other months. Lets hope ur right. Fingers crossed X

Seriously not...as long as you have a clean documents i say you will get ur visa by Dec or Jan...cheers

same thing happened in the past wid lots of applicants but no need to worried about it...sometimes they received medical but didn't updated on the ecas...so wait for one month if they didn't update it then option is apply notes to see that whether they received ur medical or not...

thanks rksandhu ! ...... yeah i think ill wait..... i hear applying GCMS notes may delay your paperwork..... dunno if its true, but dont wanna take the risk. ill wait for applying notes , too early eitherways i feel.

Guys need your help... I have applied for my spouse. CIC received file on 04 APRIL 2014. and file got transferred to new delhi office on June 17 2014. But haven't heard anything from them yet. online it says Medical received.. Does anyone know on which month they r working on?? How long is it gonna take before they open my file and issue the visa ???

1. ID type :- Choose Application Number or UCI
2. ID Number: Enter corresponding number
3. Surname : Enter your surname
4. DOB: Same as above
5. Palce of Birth: Same as above
Click on contine and you are in.

oh ok i wonder why???? hmmmm..... after your medical did they give it to you or did they say they will send it online. cauz thats how mine was. they gave me a sheet of paper and said the results and everything will be online. and that they have a reference no which is on the sheet of paper.

i wonder if dishant's was any different?!

Have u applied for your TRV of ur Wife/Husband?? I mean, Who is there in India?? U need to show the supporting docs for the person who is in India.I am pretty sure that refusal after PR Application is filed does not affect PR Process..U can google it if u want.You can definitely go for it again. I can not assure u that it is going to be approved this time as it all depends on Via officer's mood..But i think proper documentation helps a lot..We were very clean on our documentation part and our presentation of the file was very simple and clear.. We did as much as we can to show that i willl be back to India.i had Travel History but no property papers.We did show my bank statements for 6 months with a handsome amount..But i think we were very strong on the presentation part..Try to give a suitable/strong reason for why ur spouse wants to visit Canada. Try to mention everything in Points when it comes to showing the documents..Prepare an nicely formatted file and apply..Rest is all depends on luck and visa officer's mood But at least u will be satisfied that u did ur part and that too with ur 100%..Give it a try..All the best !!!

Hi.. i applied for TRV before we applied for PR.. it got rejected for same reasons like famly ties and travel history.. When we applied for PR we mentioned about TRV in our letter n attach detailed explanation about it on a separate sheet of paper.. but i forgot to mark yes where they asked that have u ever denied TRV.. but i mentioned about TRV and UCI number..

Please advise is it going to affect my PR as i wrote no for their qus.. can they take it as mis representation..

This is what happned with me too. They told that the result will be send to NVDO Directly and we had been provided a recipt.Well i dnt think there is much to worry as one Feb applicant has also the same situation as ours..The medicals are not updated, So i thinks we should wait for some time. N thankyou so much for ur wishes I will fly most probably in Mid-Aug.
