Thanks Zubair. when did you applied?

I found a website which hosts an excel file of all immigration(PR) application details processed or received in each month and year. They do have the Trending data.

http://data.gc.ca/data/en/dataset/5c003561-ce36-4881-a5a4-c30f9f456690

I am not sure if anyone else has posted this, but i found this very informative(so wanted to share with you all) as we will come to know the volume of applications that are submitted each month from different contries and can estimate how much time it might take, just to keep ourselves on the curious edge.

Canada need young work force to support its CPP Program....a big chunk of people are retiring. Soon they will start it processing faster.

So apparently, no-one has gotten passport requests yet!

???

Many people are predicting.... it could take another 2-3 months to complete the backlog acording to current trends...

People were predicting short of majority for modi tooo

you are right, but i stil think it is better to short sell than predict a quick response and be frustrated about it later.

I was one of them who thought Modi would fall short of majority( mainly bcos of 2004 debacle, when i wanted Vajpayee to be back) and now very happy about MODI!

It was proud moment for Indians living in Canada

Someone posted this link earlier, In New Delhi NDVO, if you see Sept has only 120 applications (spouse, Enterprenuer, parents_ etc et all). The overall trend of last year is a spike in the number of applications during Feb-Jun. in Sept 109 of them are Spousal-Parents & children. So we could look forward to speedy processing in terms of turn around time.

i dont know squat about NDVO operations, but i am hopeful!!

Good Luck Everyone!
