Hello Baadshah,

You can travel outside india while you wait on the application. That should not be a problem.

But visiting sensitive areas would be looked at differently by the CIC as far as i know. But sine you/she does have family there should weigh in your favor. Case depends on individual applications and the case officiers.

My file has been transferred from Islamabad to New Delhi on February 15, 2014
looking forward to seeing the processes of applications in this VO. Seems pretty slow at the moment, anyone whose file transferred to New Delhi in February 15, 2014 get any updates?

i have really urgent question to ask ...we filled forms and i sent them to my husband in canada and now we realise that IMM008 _2D GENERIC application has been updated and there is new form in march 2014 so do we file the one which is previous form 11-2013 or do we need to fill march 2014 too.
we were all ready to submit this on monday..please someone tell me ...

If you've already submitted the application, I would wait until it's reviewed by CIC. Only of they ask you to fill an updated form, then submit it.

2014 mach 19 application received
april 18 file number
25 April decision made n file forwarded to delhi
april 30 medicals received showing in ecas

How long will be the processing and cic processing time showing 13 months. is any one got visa before processing time ?

how much is my chances for applying visit visa for my spouse?

Do not submit the old version of the forms...You must submit the latest forms from march, 2014..make sure you download the latest copy of all forms and submit them..All the forms that you submit must be the latest version!
