I don't understand how the system works, me and my husband went to college for 6 years and dated 5 yrs before marriage, and trust me we had alotttttt of proof, dating back to the beginning of college , after college, my several trips to India , thousand of what's app pages, Skype, calls, even letters by post. Everyone from my family flew to India for the wedding. First marriage and first everything for us, I even put in notes we wrote each other during lectures. But it's completely ndvos hands, we are all so very lucky to have had found "the one " I was born and raised in Canada, went to India for college, I never thought I would fall in love, but when I'm actually away I know how much I miss him.
We can all get through this, keep smiling

I m also June 13 applicant stuck in in process since 3rd December

Even my wife gave birth to my child(son) in Canada and Embassy know this as well we have made his passport and send them photocopies with me father and my wife mother on passport...my son inherited my caste VIRK as a surname in his Name (Arshaan Singh Virk) and in Canadian passport as well.....so what Else I can do to convince visa officer to prove my relation to my wife ...it feels so miserable to think....I am wondering what kind of pics now they are expecting us to send...ohh you know what I am saying.I dont wana say that word ...we have given our whole personal life of last 2 years...I cannot meet my son now he is four month old and my wife does not send him India...you know mother cannot leave his son she is so attached with him ....I am so broken now

Hey Karan, you need to be strong. We look to you to give us moral support as you are normally the wise one. You told me not to worry , I am April applicant and in IP since Oct/11th.

I know I miss my son so much ...He is so cute..

It feels bad that you cannot be the part of your first child starting 6 months development stage and you will never be now for the rest of life.

That PCC and RPRF is just a general mail you don't really had to submit PCC again if you have had done already with first time file submission anyway.(AOR -2)

The right way was to book an appointment with any authorized doctor and do the normal medical like we did first time and in the end they hand out one document to us....you should posted that document with cover letter explaining that my medical seems like expired So i am updating ...kindly update in your system

Yes ADR- Additonal Document Request

The moment they were about to send you ppr or issue you visa...they checked in their system that your medical is expired...they cant issue visa with expired medical...they also have to follow rules...so they put your file ADR queue and ask for new medical ...Now when your turn will come again...then they will send you PPR...anyway you are just there in the very last stage not to worry

Hope you remember me..as I mentioned earlier in my post, my Ecas status has not changed at all...I can see applicants who had applied post Feb have got their visas..
After my remedicals, I haven't heard from ndvo since Oct.I did enquire at CDC if they recieved any information from embassy to do further tests, they told me it's all clear..no further testing required..
My Ecas status is also showing as medical results have been recieved. .don't know what are they waiting for..we have ordered for GCMS notes. .but I guess even that will take a month..I feel like I am going to lose my mind..
Is there any way out to reach them..

Very sad to hear for all of us who are stuck at either ar or ip
But donut worry god is with us
In the next week we will hear good news for sure

Haven't you got re-medical request up till now?
Now only GCMS notes can tell what is happening
As you applied In FEB 2014 that time processing time was 12 months...You are valid to do MP inquiry as well in one month because that 12 month apply to your case not 15 months which was updated in July 2014 ...they cannot cross timeline rule ...you should be hearing soon ...
