Hello Sonu...Can you tell me How to do an MLA enquiry?
I am really worried I applied on April 29th and still AR status.....
But they did start processing my file cause they asked for an additional document....
any help will be really appreciated....

Thanks

Yes my husband did the inquiry in Canada. Just visited his local MLA, he took my application details and they got him to complete an inquiry form. The response came back 2 days later.

When is the correct time to go for MLA enquiry?

I tried doing MP inquiry ....but got response to wait till 15 months
Tried requesting GCMS notes, for some reason their online payment system is broken and it is not working :(

Only hoping by the time I go to India, hubby gets visa and we both come back together :)

Guys, OMG moment for us....we received PPR yesterday...

In the email they mention to see the VFS global website to transmit the passport to New Delhi.....however, VFS centre is not available in Surat and the nearest one is in Mumbai....Do we really have to use VFS or any other courier to submit the passport.....If anyone can shed some light then it would be very helpful....

thanks,

dpatel

we neither have VFS in our hometown so we sent it through Blue Dart. we received PP back in 2 weeks by Indian registered post. good luck!

Hi everyone!!!

I sent my application to sponsor my wife to the CIC offices on December 22nd. I am noticing that the updates havent been done yet on the CIC website for the spousal sponsorship times for canada as well as New delhi.

Last update for processing the "applicaiton to sponsor" is December 17th (61 days) and the last update for the NDVO processing time was on July 22nd, 2014!!!

Not sure what the delay is in updating these. Especially the NDVO timelines?

I am hoping and praying that 2015 will be a speedy year!! Our application is VERY straightforward - we included all our marriage and other bills, pics, chats, phone, skype history etc etc.

Any encouragement would be appreciated!!! The wait looks daunting..... :-X :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :( :( :o :o :o

What the average time NDVO takes to process application?

It says 15 months but that is for 80% of the cases - i.e. I am assuming it includes some complicated ones as well with medical issues, 2nd marriages etc.

But they have not updated it from July 22nd - which is a little odd..
