Hey dear,

You can now go for GCMS, it must have adequate info since its In process.

Just few days back some one with In Process asked me the same question and luckily he/she had ordered for GCMS(The question was the file was assigned to FCU-RFV) . FCU stands for Family Class Unit and RFV stands for Ready for Visa. If its RFV you just need to wait for your turn to get DM :)

Just did the MP inquiry today and the MP said NDVO is not working until january 5th 2015 so she will drop the inquiry on 6th January.

Hi,

We applied for the G notes but it came back saying form incomplete.
I am the applicant so completed first portion.

My spouse completed 2 and 3rd portion.

My spouse is the Canadian citizen. Is his name to be at the top and then my application info ?

Can anyone help I am confused. Please and thanks

For Sonu1988
If u r in India then u must fill and sign a consent form it is authorization of information to your spouse n then attach that form in that gcms notes

It's normal as of time duration, note the files are at Delhi office it's a bit different than Canadian ethics, you can go ahead with MP inquiry but their is only so much they can do as Canadian MP.
If you send a case specific inquiry with a brief explanation it might be helpful.

Regards.

thanks skca4600 for your response :)
