NDVO can keep your passport as long as they want..

I have sent the application on 1 April 2014.

Got the AOR and SA on 16 May 2014.

File Transfer in New Delhi on 28 May 2014.

So, As currently they are processing the Oct'13 files .

Hope fully we can expect visa in Nov and Dec 14

Whats up 2014 Applicants ?? NDVO has updated their annual data , As per CIC, NDVO has received more than 5150 applications only for spouse visas. Still NDVO has to work on Oct, Nov and Dec applications. So guys have to keep patience and wait until NDVO clear all the 2013 applications. ;D ;D ;D ;D

Hi, i am not playing Sabu's role.lol. He is good at his own. I just wanted to tell you guys , so that you can plan according to this, suppose if any one wants to visit his/her spouse or to do anything. So you can make your plans. Bcz i heard in beginning of 2014 NDVO didnt ask for the passport submittion........

Hi u r right. My file ws transferred on 29th may and m also expecting visa in November-december keeping in mind current processing times. If October is gng on it means they r getting approvals in 9-10 mnths.

December would be in September or October not before that going by the current scenario.they still haven't cleared august files yet..So have lots of patience.myself a nov applicant and I know they won't clear my file till early September.

As for 2014 jan applicants file would be looked in the month of October..So guys hope is a good thing may be the best of things but don't loose hope if there is a delay coz ndvo works at a snail pace..

I wish it happens..I ain't here to decrease the moral..it's just that they are working at very slow pace...as per your saying no one would be more happy than me if they start it by august..
