I will suggest to open the spreadsheet for everyone so that everyone have access to it and can update their details... its not kind of treasure you need to lock it... and its hard for few people to manage it and that what is happening.. rest whatever you guys think good for everyone. peace

I am very very frustrated with this CIC process.
We paid the permenant resident fee July ,2014 via online CIC website. It clearly states on website that if you pay online do not need to submit receipt.

However we still emailed the receipt and still got letter now asking for the fee again!!!! Can anyone suggest what we can do ? It is delaying everything and even MLA has sent email to NDVO with receipt, still no response.
