You can submit your passport any where u want Sheen..I talked to VFS Guy today..address on my passport is of calcutta but i will be submitting it to VFS Delhi tomorrow..VFS gives you option of tracking the passport , also u can ask them to courier your passport at desired address else u can collect it personally too..Submitting the passport at VFS delhi is best option i think..

Can anyone answer I need to fill up my form.

1. If you are not hiring any paid representative, both of you don't need to fill that form, ignore it.
2. Ignore the additional dependent form as it says if applicable.

Ya that's True his passport was requested very much upfront.I had asked him,he said he also does not know why his passport was requested upfront

yes ,.... just after 3 months of submit the file.after that no updates i talked to my lawyer he said you are in a queue in January interview.

Congratulations Sheen.. you are lucky enough to pass this stupid wait time... I thought I might get something close to your timeline but still AR I don't know whats wrong with them why they don't wanna do it first come first serve basis.. whats the point applying early?? I m not being jack ass here its just frustration... but I am happy for everyone who are getting some results atleast they can be with their better halfs... kahin toan pyaar barse humare bhi kaal badal kabhi na kabhi toan barsenge hi.. aaj nahin toan kal

I so agree with you here. why are the files not looked on first come first server basis? Everyday hopes are getting crushed. i hope NDVO start doing some fast processing and we can meet our loved ones before Christmas

You mean entire process after you apply in Mississauga???

Sponsorship approval in Canada takes anywhere 45-60 days so say 2 months around.. after that your file gets transferred to New Delhi office for review and visa stamping... so as per current trends they are touching files in 3-4 months if case is straight forward.. and then if you get lucky here then you can say 6-8 months in total to get visa after applying.

There appears t be no system in place..I was told that they work by date order but then each case is different. Go figure ...I don't think it is supposed to make sense. Hang in there...it will happen.

I paid the permenant residency fee in July as requested and sent in the receipt to NDVO 3 times via email each time I had my email acknowledged but no one said they received the receipt.

Today I get an email asking for the fee. Phoned CIC Missisauga who say there is no record of receipt.?

I have sent it again today confirming it was paid and sent July 2014. This is so frustrating..

Anyone have any idea what could be happening...and how long this can take now. Are they ready to make a decision or note? What stage could this be?
