NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

hello dear,
I live in Ontario and submitted my application in 2014 to sponsor my wife and son who live in Afghanistan, in July 2014 I received an email mentioned that my application has sent to NewDelhi India for further process . also Visa office (India) sent me an email as a confirmation of application in India but my Question is, Why I cant check the status of my application online ? if it is in process ?
anyone knows about this type of process please let me know
your consideration will be appreciated.

That means now Mississauga office got nothing to do with that file Because they have approved you as a sponsor
and now your file has transferred where you have sponsored the one.Your first stage is approved
and you can always check the status of your file

Select Sponsorship
Select 2nd Option Outside Canada
Check Online Status
Check Terms and conditions
Then continue
In Identification type-Enter your UCI (Provided in Letter)
Enter Your Surname
Enter your Date of Birth
Enter Your Country of Birth

and Continue you will see status of this Sponsorship File
But you cant contact Mississauga office for status as they don't know anything
However you can ask status if there is something wrong in New Delhi in Written only( That wont be necessary )


If you received that AOR1 ( Acknowledgement No.1) in July 2014 Then you should definitely be able to see the status of file by
the above mentioned process...make sure you fill your information not your husband if using UCI

Finally the day has come my wife got the passport from NDVO on monday evening n she will be flying next week to canada.thanks a lot guyz this forum helped a lot. and its way better than any immigration consultants. anyways all the best guys.you can see my timeline on the spreadsheet march 19 applicant sunilpaul thanks again

I think this is not full remedical. What do you guys think? Only chest x-ray was asked. But yeah, 7 days is short time to comply. On the other hand, it also means that they will reopen file after 7 days to check results, right? So, in a way its good. Hopefully we won't have trouble to comply, touch wood.

Well, in my case NDVO called me one day prior to my interview to inform me that the interview has been cancelled.
As per my lawyer NDVO has no doubt's about my relationship hence they cancelled the interview.
Although I never submitted any chat logs to prove my relationship.

So firstly they made you prepare for an interview and then at the last moment said it has been cancelled?? wow NDVO you are really crazy... its good they cancelled your interview but at the first place why did they took that decision of having an interview? really stupid people with stupid mentality..

Greetings,

I have a question that has been on my mind for the past few days. I am hoping you guys will help me with it. My spouse had her medicals initially done in June of 2013 and she was required to redo her medicals on October 30, 2014. ECAS also changed to IP on the same day, October 30, 2014. Does this mean the interview is waived since the case is now IP? What does IP really mean? Thanks for all the insight. I wish you all the very best of luck!
