Thanks a lot. I just had this concern because i had already sent the passport copies and just wondering why they were asking it again.

that is not a ppr. it is just document photocopies of passport. I also submitted in September. it was a same mail. but why ndvo ask for the photocopies of passport. I think it might be for security check. I guess.

Thanks for the reply, Did you get the same email and did your spouse receive a call as well? I was wondering the same because i have submitted the passport copies of my wife along with her application.
Also how did you send the copies, did you email it or did you courier it?

it is a request for first and last page of the passport....not ppr.....it is good news buddy....they are working on your file....send the document asap....one more copy.....

if you have a scanned copy, then do a case specific enquiry, attach the fist and last page of the passport and tell them you have already submitted it with the orginal application set.(if that is true)

Secondly I was just wondering if i send the copies by email or send it through courier.
Also do you have a sample PPR request email so that we know how a PPR email looks like just for future reference

I've included my ITR for last 4 years and husband's ITR of this year.
Pay slips from last one month (he just got employed but is earning a good salary) Job offer letter stating the salary is attached.
My invoices from last 6 months too.

We should be hearing from CIC with the UCI number soon,
Should I just wait a few days till we get the email and quote that number in my TRV application?

Thanks. UCI number for sponsored applicant will not be available until the application reaches Delhi. It will be a good idea to put the sponsor approval letter which your sponsor will get it from Mississauga.

If you have vfs in your state that will be the best option..Other wise go with blue-dart.

For MP Enquiry, each MP has a different procedure, some ask info on an email...and consent form from the Principal applicant( Sponsored person).

Also they ask the following info for the enquiry.

PA's date of birth:
PA's full name:
Date of spousal sponsorship applied:
Country of origin: India
Where was the application applied: New Delhi visa office (India)
File no:
UCI no (PA's):

Sponsoror current address:

Sponsoror phone no: _____ (cell no)

other people who had exp with MP enquiry plz help out fellow members...
