There is no harm letting them know that you already submitted it with the application but even if you do not reply it is still okay. its just generic email to everyone letting them know that their file is with NDVO now and if you haven't submitted it please send it now.

I already submitted to them with file ..... what is next step after that email ?
and i checked my application they said medical already have been received

Just keep on checking your status and yes next will be email from NDVO for passport request if everything is fine with your file.

before few years they issued visa in 3 months but now they take too much time

Just go on top of this page on the right side you will see something called as profile and then update your details lol

yeah bcoz of stupid ppl who did frauds we all are suffering... saala viah vi purana hogaya lol
