LoL thanks. I dont know about liberals. I went to another MP and they send an email within 1 hour of my request. The MP got and email today that the applicant should receive email soon. Within one hour got the email.

Which one you tried this time?? I think make lake got fed up with brown ppl coming into his office for immigration things lol

Hey Bud,

DM was made for me on AUG 25. Been waiting since them. I applied for GMCS notes(i think that what it is called) and inquiry to NVDO as well. Still havent heard from them. I went and talked to MP and they did inquiry. This is the standard Email they send out:

"This refers to your enquiry received at the visa office in New Delhi.
Please be advised that further instructions will soon be forwarded to the applicant. Until then, she is requested to await our contact.

But 1 hr after that, my wife got email. Hopefully this helps. If it hasnt been that much time since DM. I say wait. BUt if more than 3 weeks, then try MP. You might get the same response as i did. Hope this helps.

You had to wait for PPR for a long time right? How long did u wait? My status is DM and mostly half of the people who got DM today also got their PPR email. I am just wondering, how you did the inquiry in case I have to in the future. Hoping I won't. ..but just in case if I do.

Just wanted to ask question regarding PPR. Are we allowed to go to NDVO and submit the Passport?

I don't think so.. they started this stupid VFS thing.. so you have to check your local VFS office and can submit your passport there.. and they will send your passport to NDVO... you can collect it back from them when they get it back from NDVO.. either personally or ask them to mail it to you..

Just wait you will get something very soon as many of them from March and April are getting IP status so you may be the next one to hear something from NDVO.. keep on checking Ecas and email.. Good Luck

General Question for all the members who got IP's DM or PPR well before Jan and Feb applicants..

Did you guys applied through Immigration consultants (Agents)??

Bcoz I was wondering maybe they know how to file papers in the package and where to put bar codes of the application and so on and this makes it easier for NDVO to take those applications first and clear it as they know it has been done by some professional who does it every day rather a common man who will do it in his own way... that's why maybe Jan and Feb applicants are still waiting??

I think it does matter how you filled your papers and makes it easier for NDVO to review and approve it.

Any thoughts on this?? bcoz even I applied myself without any consultant and I don't know if they will delay it if its not according to their standards.

Now, status they changed to application and medical received.Now, what next.
I'm wondering our pcc is valid for 6 months and it's going to be expired in Nov.2014. Do they request for another? Thanks

No.. I applied it by myself and just followed whatever it said in the checklist (nothing more or less). I have no clue how they pick applications. I personally feel, its just the guys who work on our applications, if they delay it , it gets delayed else is should be quick enough!!
