My wife got following re-medical request today. She is here with me in Toronto on TRV.

Dear Mr/Ms. XYZ

This is in reference to your visa application for Canada.

The results of initial medical examinations for yourself has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for yourself:

Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (Attached herewith)

I have following queries:
1 - Is it just the chest x-ray only?
2 - Original medical was done at Sadhu Vaswani Medical Center, New Delhi. Since my wife is here with me in Toronto, will it matter if she goes to a Panel Physician here?
3 - Any recommendation regarding a Panel Physician in Toronto GTA
4- Should I take the print of Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419 or the doctor would have it?
5 - Any more suggestions are welcome

Wat is the procedure after ppr..do u have to visit the office to get it stamped on passport or need to send via mail or courier..??
Please reply

If u r in India u can send the paasport to delhi
If u r in canada. U can send it to case processing center in ottawa and do a flag pole in any US borders

Stupid CIC!
1.5 months after Remedical request no response till now.
Applied to TRV. Reject because of no travel history, purpose of visit and ties back to India.
Gave them all the documents including employment letter, bank statements, our photos together etc...

Did you order the notes? We waited for about 4 months after re-meds

Meanwhile did an MP enquiry. They said that "Stage two will be starting shortly were they will do a background and security. You should hear a update from CIC in 2-3 months".
Not sure what they are waiting for to start the security?

My wife never went outside the country. Nothing to raise the red flag.
I think some VO is screwing up really bad. Does the GCMS notes matches up with the what your MP office told you?
Just curious if the VO id is specified notes. May be same VO is screwing up all of us who are still in the queue.
