In regards to submitting fresh documents such as pics boarding pass plane tickets, etc when visiting spouse in India after filing application.. Who would send this to NDVO? The canadian citizen or the spouse in India?? For example
Would the spouse in India say.. Dear sir/madam please refer to fresh documents in related to my husband visiting me for 1 month or would it be the husband saying dear sir/madam please refer to fresh documents showing that I visited my wife.. I believe it would be the spouse in India that would send my plane ticket, boarding pass , pics, etc to NDVO with her UCI # right?

hey just received my notes today and i wanted to clarify a few things.
Under Eligibility assessment 1 Status they have mentioned "review required"
and the due date is 30 of october
security and criminality not started.

What does review required mean??? does it mean interview and also these due dates do they adhere to those?

I am not sure of the review required but I think it would specifically say interview recommended - can others who have got interview comment?
The due date usually dont mean anything cause we have always see them going ahead of them

I don't know when they are going to start on my wife file. my wife is Nov. 2014 applicant. Medical is expired also and i also traveled to India in last January 2015 after i filed my application. and i also have all proofs, pictures and everything. So do i have to send all those documents without request to NDVO? or just wait for their call.

At this point its all about the applicant in India - so if you chose to send additional information if will be your wife.

Draxz1298, when are you planning to order notes. In about 1-2 months from now?

I had already ordered my second set of notes two days back and should be here next month also I did a MP inquiry about 10 days back and will hear back this week.

Hopefully this notes should have some case information

We did an MP inquiry in August but all they said medical and background check not yet started and its still within the processing time

We sent the re-meds because the lawer asked us to do so.
Please add my details to the sheet

Medical expire on : june 20, 2015
Remedial done without request on July 20, 2015
