Hi All,

Should we give the reassessment form which we got along with re-medicals request to the Doctor?
Does the Doctor fill this form and send it to NDVO?
Could you please tell me as I did my re-medicals in Canada and the Doctor didn't take the reassessment form.

the doctor just needs the IME# from the form.

I think petition didn't get much traction(still under 200 signatures about half of which are from India) so OP decided not to follow-up on it.

my mind fails to understand this *censored word* which ndvo is doing...not only they are jumping to next months in processing files ...also in interviews.. the applicants from april , may are still waiting for their interview letters and they are processing june onwards.. is this justice ...

wonder where we all can go and really tell our apathy with this process.. I am happy for those who are getting visas at least their woes have ended.
what about us ? one and half of year my life is gone sitting in india and 13 months due application ...life has gone still due all this ...when will someone have some mercy on us and wait for a miracle now ..

I know the pain amop....even I am waiting for some miracle to happen. Its unbelievable that there is no way out of this mess. No complain department....nothing. How can NDVO get full freedom to screw our lives

Write to the editor .... i did...comment in the comments section , I did that too....this is enough things have to go public...Zero transparency only God knows how they process things ...

I am also in the same boat. No reply from CIC. The wait is killing me and on top of that being alone with no support does not help either. Hope they do something soon about this.

In between Fiza if you got the notes ordered, in the eligibility assessment section, where it says interview recommended, there is a due date by which they should call you for an interview. Have you looked into that? you can probably do an MP Inquiry on the basis of that as well. If there is no interview, security clearance and every section has a due date by which they are to be done unless there are other concerns CIC has regarding the file

I received a fresh set of note today and was going over it. Nothing much have changed but i noticed this in there have no clue what it is, could anyone help?

Finally after 6+weeks I received a reply from MP's office. Nothing special or spectacular but was told that and I quote" they have advised that medicals are pending review for extension so there's no requirements for you to proceed at this point and it is under review by the officer so they will be proceeding with your file as per standard CIC processing".

This means that waiting time of 16 months seems to be inevitable and it's basically a waiting game. This is our 12th month (file transferred to NDVO in June 2014) and 4 more to go. Hope my wife gets her visa while she is in Canada.

What is your status? Havr you got Inprocess after medical reassessment. \you can order notes to know where your file is stuck

AFAIK, it usually takes 2-3 months after medical reassessment, However Notes can give you a better picture.

I don't think they care about due dates, as I am well past on those for Security and criminality. For eligibility it is June 9th, 2015, exactly 12 months from the date of file transfer.

They can send interview letters to July applicants, I fail to understand how in the world are they working. It is mind boggling to say the least.
