Guys sort of a miracle happened today... 8) I received an email requesting my passport...


Actually, the email had come yesterday at 4pm. Earlier, I had been into lot of misery as I was badly waiting for it and was checking the ECAS and email all the time. Nothing I gained. Last weekend, I pledged not to check either...And there u go, unpredictable happened. Sometimes i feel we should ignore our routine, forget what we want also! thats wen u get blessed!

Happy for today...At last our distance is coming to an end!

I have a few questions and I was hoping some of you maybe able to answer them for me. application submitted in May 2014, transferred to NDVO in july 2014.

1) in January, we received a letter asking for additional documents. I have already sent those out and it been quite some time now. I was wondering if the ECAS will be updated to acknowledge the receipt of these documents? So far, there is nothing related to that.

2) I have also applied for the notes on March 15 and reading on the forum, it seems like it take a full 30 days before receiving it. However, the notes that are received, does it contain all the details till the day it was emailed? or are they only contain details till the day you applied (in my case march 15th)?

3) could someone provide with the email address that the gcms note come from. I want to make sure i add it to my whitelist in order to avoid it going into the junk mail.

No idea at all this is like torturing........ Take all our money and making us waiting for a long time without any reason....... We are fools who are being manipulated by these assholes.......... I m too much frustrated by this bloody process of sponsorship.......... NDVO you are one of the worst visa office I have ever seen.......... And cic say family reunification is our primery mission........

Guys, I just recieved an e-mail for Remedicals for my spouse as they have expired.I did her medicals upfront but like so many of you guys faced ths issue, the initial medicals have expired. I wanted to know whether it was an automated reply or they are working on our file & this is a good sign?? They have mentioned in the letter that the PP has to be contacted within 7 days otherwise the File might get closed. Does it mean that if she gets her medical done then i might recieve an update about PPR soon?? anybody with similar issue kindly assist. Alos, she has been asked to do her complete medicals again so does she need to carry any forms along with her or Physician already has the documents??
