My medical is going expired on 8th march thts tommarro than also i got mail on 9th feb regarding medical reassessment n i have done my medical on 12th feb, after that i haven't got any reply frm delhi office. My hubby was in india frm dec to feb i was really hoping that i shud get my visa so i can go bk with my hubby bt nothing happen. Its so annoying that processing time is so slow.. anyone has any idea after medical reassessment how much time its gonn take and what will be the next process.. thanks

Yes Rosesandhu...same here..AR/MR... i dont think we have the right or lucky to get any good news from NDVO..punishment is still on..:-(

hi there.
my wife NK patel in our ndvo spread sheet
she already received her tourist visa but u can see she is in process since oct 16.
no any updates yet
gcms notes shows that everything is fine (vo put his comments " marriage is genuine") and issue the medical as well
but
so fare nothing
wife is coming next month on visitor visa.

Thats good to know that u visiting your other half soon.. It would have been better with the PR status. I do not know why NDVO is not processing when everything is crystal clear. I hope its not on 'Business' strategy mode.

Why don't we all come together and sign a petition. If Inland applicants can do it, why can'y us. We are tax paying citizens of Canada....They just cannot do whatever they want. We gotta ask them for answers on delay Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry

There has to be someone who should be answering us. Taking no accountability of this ****ing process is not possible in today's social world.

Yes FIza. There should be someone who should be answering to what is happening. That would be a transparent system if they do it. But now, this situation is worse than Indian Govt.

We recd. our stamped passport today

Appln filed- 03rd July
Passport request- 12th feb
Passport sent directly to New Delhi Office- 16th Feb

I have observed,, that people who sent passport thru VFS Chandigarh on same date recd. in one week time.

Hi All,
I applied for PR for my wife on Nov 1th 2014. SA was approved on Feb 24th without any issues.
However mine (sponsorer) is second marriage where as my wife's (applicant) is first marriage. Thought there was no issue with SA does Sponsorer's second marriage raises red flag with Applicant's approval in New Delhi?

Its just a misconception. They will check each and every case they way they normally do
