What are the chances of interview after getting in process. We both having second marriage. They asked for few documents in Jan 15, after sending them, yesterday status changed to IP. As per notes they are satisfied about our constant communication since we started courtship.

There is no chance of an interview after the status changes to "In process". So far there has been no such case on this forum. Please share your complete timeline for the spreadsheet.

why july applicants get struck!!! any reasons about why files are not moving forward?? updates are so slow for more than one and half months!! getting irritated!!

[size=10pt]The only reason i could think why July is stuck is because of change in documents. On August 1, 2014, new application documents were issued by Canada. All applicants who applied after August 1, 2014 and some mid july applicants, were asked to resubmit the documents. That resulted in atleast 1 month delay in application process. Did any of July applicants here were asked to submit updated forms ???? J[/size]

What is AOR Recd date? Is it wat it shows on my Visa Status online that "We received (Name) application for permanent residence on September 10, 2014."

My sponsonship approval date is Oct 29, 2014 when we recd a mail from them.
Please can anyone tell me how much more time do I have to wait for my status to change from 'Application Received'????

AOR is acknowledgement of receipt .. this is first email that " sponsor " gets from Canadian offices after they receive your application. I m assuming Sept 10, 2014 is that date. Then second email usually " Applicant" gets from New Delhi office suggesting that files has been submitted to NDVO for further processing. Thats AOR2, which is Oct 29, 2014 in your case.

Now you just need to wait 3-4 months for next update. Thats based on average time i noticed here
