Both notes are same. The applicant is usually not in Canada so they cannot use Privacy act.
The sponsor can order notes on behalf of spouse but has to go thru Access to Info Act paying the fee.

Sponsor can order Sponshorship file ( Stage 1 ) for free.

We got our SA, but I am curious to see the notes.

If I wanted the stage 1 notes, would I select the file type as sponsorship file?

even I am curious to see if they have commented about relationship. So have ordered them.

thats great, under the file number did you give the sponsors UCI or applicants file number. The reason I ask is its already asking for the UCI earlier

File no is not same as UCI. If u see in SA document u can find the file no starting with F000

good luck guys for Tomorrow. few hours left to get good updates... Hope today before going to bed or in the morning I hear something good. good luck guys I have same timeline as mkmadaan(8th july), I am bit upset why I didnt get ip yet, It could be delay or something else. Did they process files according to time stamps (FIFO)...

My anniversary is next month and I was really hoping to get approval before that so that my spouse could be with me.
Looks all in vein now .

They changed the processing time to 15 months for New Delhi. It was previously 12 - 13 months.. It doesn't affect us right? It's already been around 13 months since I sent my application.
