No no innosence my application status show in ecis is DM for sponsorship and for my spouse application received on september-15 2014 and medical results received. and in the explanation they showed that if it is application received it is in process........... so i made a guess work to keep myself happy................................ ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

ha ha ha good then we all are in IP !!! let's smile with that thought. it could be true infact. like how karan_virk got ip and ppr on same day.
guess they did all the work but forgot to update status.

Actually everyone's file is in process because when I got my ATIP notes I saw that they were working on my file every month with something or the other thing...criminality, eligibility, background check all that. So yes every one's file is in process and they will update your status to IP only when they are done with all the checks.

ECAS website reads "Note that Client Application Status tool is updated weekly, usually on Tuesdays." Is it true???

So I'm assuming you are living in Canada and requesting notes for your spouse in India??
in that case NO you are requesting on behalf of your spouse. You will need consent from your spouse to request notes. get it signed and scan to you and then upload it when asked during the process of applying notes.

Pamma, you means its parallel process for every one, means criminality, education, marriage stuff handled by different different teams. once its all done then they changed the status to IP?
