I requested my GCMS notes and I got it today. It shows that criminality-passed. Security not started. Does anyone know how long security check takes?

Hi all,
Can any on please suggest about Sponsorship evaluation form IMM 5481. I am a resident of Canada and my wife is in India. I believe this particular form is only for people who are co-signor /common law partners/ and in conjugal relationship. Do I have to fill this form ????
