I wondering how is ADR guys different from remedical? Both got their re medical done right?? I thought getting ADR is bad (of course not good), as it means that you have missed some document. I am asking all this because I was feeling a bit positive after those two cases got DM...

Anyways, I also got a request to send my Singapore PCC...Does this makes me also an ADR applicants...haha...Does that mean my chances have increased...lol...

Jokes apart, I seriously wish they should go serial vise instead of going random...So I wish u all remedical guys should get a visa before me...When I heard that the news they are trying to fasten the process by hanging cases with red flags and concentrating on clean cases, I felt happy...coz I thought red flag means suspicious cases (cheats)...But I can never expect remedical cases to be considered as red flags...

I was also thought remedical and ADR are same cases bcoz no matter what in the end of all are done remedical and in IP. ..but when I see dat two cases then analyse this thing is after a month (after august when they issue visas) in Sept just two people got DM and they are ADR applicants...
so maybe after ADR people will b waited more dats y they first give priority to ADR applicants..
but
you never know ndvo so when we predict one thing they started doing another. ..so lets c this month whts dere criteria. ..

being a remedical applicant is didn't a red flag but this thing delay ur process. ..for a remedical applicant you just need to hv lots of pateince. ..

Cant even wish for that miracle to happen either i.e getting visa directly since my passport is with me only
file is under their tight fist apparently destiny to be with my husband too....

aawww dats so bad...so don't worry if ur passport in ur hands ..just see the other side maybe u submitted ur passport like other applicants via vfs and less then 10 days ur life changed completly...so u dealing vid dese morons so anything will b happened in any time. ..

On after thought .... I feel we Dec applicats shld hv applied in Jan abh tak tho kuch na kuch malum hi padjata seeing the trend .... N in future we shld advice all to apply between Jan to June coz these case are getting worked on first priority.

maybe but I don't fully agree bcoz I think the whole 2013 batch you Dec applicants are damn Lucky ones...bcoz we all see how they skip whole nov and most of the august, , Sept, , Oct and started getting visas to Dec first. .
but u are like us...few applicants sure suffers in each month of 2013...
so don't think too much just hv faith in God this hard time will sure pass soon

as per ur suggestion I checked it but nothing happens...

if no one helps u then u started help urself. ..just keep in mind there are other things exist apart from this stupid visa...so doing other things. ..like I m in chandigarh dese days for a change in my life...and neha also going to Delhi today to spend time with her friends. ..so you also go to anywhere tab dekhna months kaise pass hote hain...and when u stop thinking about this visa then suddenly u sure received gud news...

You may already know this, but in case you dont, you can get your degree assessed from Canada, while you are waiting for your Visa. This process takes 3 months I guess and it is required, to get any job in Canada.

yes on 26th Nov my 15 months will b over...

hey we have similar time lines.....my file will complete 15 months on 3rd dec. but when we applied the processing time was around 10 months right? I'm calculating the time....expected everything be done within two months after my interview date. Resigned from my job!!!! and here i have not even received remedicals. whats going to happen ya? do you think the process will be completed before we reach 15 months?

lets all of us do MP enquiry and eat up their brains at NDVO. my husband is going to do it tomorrow. if they had looked into my file on time i would not have had to do remeds. it expired 2 weeks before the interview. because of their laziness we have to suffer

i didn't mean eating up mps brain but the brains of people working at NDVO. when all of us will do mp enquiry they will contact NDVO for us and many queries will make them go mad-how i wish!

seriously don't understand how they work.....if something is missing of keeping them from taking a decision on our file..they should let us know...dont u guys think so....we are like blind people who does not know where they are going....

i didn't mean eating up mps brain but the brains of people working at NDVO. when all of us will do mp enquiry they will contact NDVO for us and many queries will make them go mad-how i wish!

Seriously some kind of evil plan needs to be made to get them to work faster .... n if i knew even one person working there or if thier office was in mumbai i wld b standing out everyday to meet the right person n make dier life miserable ..... i feel like giving them a knock ???out punch

if someone is contacting MPs just ask them "what happened in 2009 with FSW applicants"

they made change to timelines and process and reduced the timelines from 7 years to 1 year and guess what they didn't apply new timelines to old applicants,
they infact return their fee and files after 5 years of wait. Can someone explain why they are applying new timelines to old applicants in family class now.

so matter of fact is they are just abusing their powers, and every change should be in their favor, and MPs don't talk logical, infact they don't talk, its their speakers (advocate) who are replying on behalf of MP
Good luck to you guys, but now the strategy is that all 2013 applicants will be getting visa near his/her 15th month.

The only thing we can try is to send emails to MPs, all of them, and minister, and pls do write 1 or 2 lines emails coz they don't read lengthy email.

just ask what is wrong with re-medical applicants from 2013, is remedical a red flag in immigration
