I dont think so. they are measured not by IP or DM and not even by number of visas they issue but by how many files are still pending lying around in their office. So just by issuing IP and sitting on a file, they are actually more incentivised to clear it faster but for some reason, it is lying there but for sure, they will look at it in a week now and clear it off.vikasgandhi said:

applications are not processed 'first come, first served' basis...of late it has been if medical results are expiring soon then process it soon (provided other steps like background checks are completed) but if expired a while ago then put it aside. Other sure thing is if it is 'in process', interview may not happen and if a person has lived in or visited other countries for more than 6 months then background process takes longer...vikasgandhi said:
