you are not alone couple more forum people are facing similar situation..they know from their MP that interview has been recommended but don't know when and some of them having their medicals expire in a few months....contact your MP and tell him/her that NDVO responds to him/her only and so is it possible to find when the interview date is? NDVO gives one month notice for interview so hopefully they will let you know soon....

ya i try to make an enquiry second time with my mp but she said wait till july end and if there is no response from their side then we ll foillow,,,actually im july 26,2013 applicants medical expired march17 2014,so wat abt remedical?

you will be asked to do remedicals since it has been two months when your medicals expired....what is more likely to happen is delays - assuming you get your interview notification (they give 3 weeks to one and a half months notice) today and your interview is next month then after the interview remedicals done...your status goes into process and from here on it is anybody's guess as to when it will change to 'DM' (estimation ranges from two weeks to more than 2 months)....come july it would be one year waiting..add 2 more months....on the other hand you might be lucky and once interview is over things might move faster...check spreadsheet and you will get an idea..in the past it was faster but now for some reason everything slowed down.....

I received an e-mail today from CIC.

A permanent residence visa valid until May 22, 2015 has been issued to you. Your passport and other documents will be mailed to you shortly by registered post at your Indian mailing address.

Do you have any idea how many days it will take to get passport by registered post after PR from DELHI to CHANDIGARH.

Please let me know.

congratulations..16 months of waiting unbelievable.....i am shocked that NDVO sends emails to confirm the dispatching of passports and other documents....must be a temp contractor who cares about his/her job....

Guys any idea if they have updated eCase in last 15 days? at the bottom of Ecase page I see a date (Date modified:2014-04-25), so is it website modification date or ecase update date?

It's been 18 days since my interview and the Ecase still shows.
1) Application received ..
2) Interview scheduled for ..

No further update, no email, no letter!! I am sure that lady had already refused my visa the way she was rude but still want to see final decision so that I can move on to next stair.

So, I applied for the notes and got a reply this week. Can someone tell me what is the meaning of counterfoil in notes?? In my husband's part it says counterfoil required: yes..

ecas page is for website modification...they should have asked you to do remedicals by now...for one forum member it took 6 weeks to get an official notification and for another person she learnt that visa has been denied from MP but no official notification so far for the past 4 weeks...maybe you should ask your MP to find out the status of your application and if denied when to expect official notification

Seems like they haven't yet started anything; it all depends on your case, if parents attended wedding and many more things; NDVO follows one strict cultural guidelines, hope for best.

Congratulations!! they took full 13 months after the file was transferred to New Delhi.....Finally your wait ended ;D ;D

if your ecas status is 'in progress' chance of interview is very slim....just because we are dealing with NDVO I have to say chances are slim and not 100% no interview..from the spreadsheet forum members, who went into 'in process', had no interviews ......outside the forum, I don't know...
