How can i make a MP inquiry .... i applied for my wife last year... she is still in india and its now more than 13 months..so MP inquiry should be done in canada or india??? and what is the procedure???

First of all find out the MP in your area

then email them or visit them personally and they will ask you to sign a consent form and thats how it goes

Dont be so rude to NDVO bussy, They are working hard and working on weekends too. We are not even 10 percent of actual applicants out there and NDVO is working at its best.
I know the wait is hard as I am also going througgh the same pain, But just have faith and time will fly

I hope someone can help regarding this.....I am May 10th applicant. File is in process since 14th december 2013. Remeds already done and updated. Its been one month after remeds. Did MP enquiry last week and he replied saying background checks are still going on. Its done by CSIS and RCMP. Anybody has an idea how long can that take?? CSIS i understand but is RCMP not required for only those people who have stayed previously in Canada? Please if someone can help.

First part "he replied saying background checks are still going on." is the answer to your status.
The second part is an explanation of background check..who does " CSIS - Canadian Security Intelligent Service" for people living outside Canada, and "RCMP- Royal Canadian Mounted Police" for people living in Canada.
What is the status of the Remedical report whether received by them and scrutinised by them This also may be delaying. Anyway you can await change in status shortly. Good thing is that the file is moving.
