Not sure of the flights from your route...i'm looking at jet ad luftansa...last option BA....flies thru heathrow and franfurt..but yes...long wait here as well...but i'll be heading to edmonton ....IF I get my visa! :/

Had seen some flights to toronto thru brussels also....can check it up.

For sure they have ur medical report....it's just they forgotten to put it up online......like they called up my relative last month that they lost her medical report and was asking my relative when was the day u did ur medical check up......she was told that they gonna call back after sometime when she was given time to find out when she has done it....later that day they did call back n said oh yes we found ur report....GOSH....but it's all GOOD she was asked to travel soon....

Is NDVO is going as per "File transfered to NDVO" date ?

After going through the excel sheet thats my observation.They have finished working on July file (95%)

Any expert comment or reply

They seem to be going by "date transferred to NDVO now, I did an MP inquiry on my file and the MP said even though you applied in July your file was transferred to NDVO in August, so you will be processed with the August applicants. My file has not been touched yet, still awaiting "initial review"

Someone posted the stats for spousal visa applications for 2013 a while back and July has a little bit over 500 spousal visa applications, and if you check the spreadsheet there are less than 30 registered July 2013 applicants here on this forum. So 30 out of 500, not a real good percentage. You cannot really say that "they have finished working on July file 95%" . . .
