After interview visa officer return my all documents + pics+pp I ask why u return my pp she told me this is our process.she told me she will send me the letter for re medical as my medical will expire tomorrow..

I am worried because my medical still valid till tomorrow..will they extend my medical or i have to do re medical??..

plz answer..

it is normal to return all the documents since it is easier to get it back to do visa stamping...it is unlikely they will ask you to leave by tomorrow and since they don't know how long it will take to change the status to decision made they have given everything back to you as a precaution...it is very likely they will extend your medicals than ask you to do medicals again...just relax...things will speed up...big headache (interview) is over...

recently, for some members of this forum they have extended up to 2 months..I can't think of any 2013 forum members who have been asked to redo their medicals maybe Myrah or Desi girl who have excellent memory can confirm or deny if anyone of 2013 forum members has been asked to redo his/her medicals....for many 2012 applicants they have asked people to redo their medicals...it all depends on how long it takes to ask for your passport to stamp your visa...if it is 6 months or more (in an unlikely worst case scenario) then you will be asked to redo medicals....

Im june-17 applicant. Still there is no changes in E-Cas status. My medical has only 8 Days to expire.still some applicants were pending and awaiting before 20th June. Why this NDVO process skip towards 20th& 21st june application atpresent. I cant understand which priority is going on now. Any body knows please clarify to me. Why they doing like this. is there not any seniority? They were not responding, they are unable to update the E-case status,how to know whether my file has process or not?

Hello Santhos, NDVO has extended medical validity from 1-4 weeks for some applicants, there is no seniority for sure in their system, still jan-may applicants are awaiting for visas and june applicants are going in-process to DM's, do apply for GCMS notes or make MP inquiry, it will help you to know your current status, all the best and wish you speedy visa.

Hi I might have to to remedical as its expiring on Mar 10 and still no update. one question - how long your pcc is valid for, do they also ask to do pcc again? What is your pcc exp date?

My pcc is valid till june so i dnt have to but it's valid for 1year... They will tell u if u have to redo it...

Oh ... My officer was very rude too but i stayed calm and i did not listen to the stuff he was telling me to scare me... I just concentrated on my personal points... He was scaring me saying you r a canadian citizen... If u say a single word that is not truth, i will file a report against u n all... But i did not let those things put me down.. So you just have to be confident enough to present yrself...

so I was correct in assuming this could be a quality assurance interview..congrats...and you are second person today to let us know that you got a good visa officer who was respectful and professional...did they allow both sponsor and sponsored to be interviewed together?

Ya they allowed both of us in but they take interview one by one.... N funny thing is they took my interview for almost 45 mins n my husband's for only 2-3 mins evnthou i am the sponsor....... So anything can happen.. We can never predict anything
