Has it happened on this forum that the person was in IP and medicals got expired and he/ she didn't receive a visa until then and had to go for remedical??.... (I am just considering possibilities in my case)....

I think its suban. He had to redo medicals and then in IP finally. His medicals almost expired so he had to do it again. Not sure if anyone got expired while in IP. Otherwise, NDVO would extend for a month or less. So crazy of NDVO. Dont worry you will be kicked out of this forum soon.

But I am already in IP and by the time my meds expire it will be exactly 3 months of IP so was just wondering will I be through before that.....

I believe you dont have to redo medicals since you are in IP already. Can u believe mumbai000 got a call from NDVO and his medicals expired on 21st Jan but extended it on 21 Feb. i hope that you will get dm very soon and fly before medicals expire. Is it in March right? Be positive.

Hello All, I requested my MP to enquire about my file. He contacted NDVO and as per him the officer will start reviewing my file on 25th feb and will contact me for interview. Do you think they really want interview or mp is just playing guessing game.

Also how much time they would be able to give me to leave India because my medical expires on Mar 10 and pcc on mar 16? I have to serve 1 month notice period in my company and shift my things from delhi house to my permanent home in Himanchal.

having applied notes three times, I can tell you that it took me 30 days to be exact. Wait until Wednesday next week then start wondering if your report is somewhere in the twilight zone. They email it if you had asked for electronic version. If not, it is sent to your physical mail address.

NDVO is driving all of us crazy for waiting this game. Sigh. Wakee uppp NDVO and give ppl good newss especially those IPs waiting long and give the visas before medicals expire. God bless all of uss!!!
