im good dear im actually shocked to see u still in IP..........I think u shld start emailing NDVO subject URGENT MEDICALS EXPIRING ON 21ST FEB IN-PROCESS SINCE 19TH SEPTEMBER .........mail them everyday till u get an reply .....I feel u shld be hearing something very soon infact this week since u have just 18 days for medicals to expire......same thing happened to me I got DM on 19th jan and visa was valid till 7th feb only .... waiting for your good news yeaaa ;D ;D

How is the cold coming along in Canada, it is not bad now is it. I mean compare to last month this time is lots of snow but it is not that cold. I just want my wife to come here so we can enjoy as well. I don't know when these guys will do the work all it takes is the visa stamp and done. We don't have anything else to be pending in our case. What else is the delay I cannot put my finger on it.

Wow that is great news for DM, but so many interviews and IP still here. Why is NDVO not issuing visa too 2012 people. They forgot about them? People waiting for 22 months now.

After landing in -25 -30 this doesn't feel that bad now...but again from this week its goin to be cold...hopefully not that bad...just another 6 weeks of winter left yeaaaaa ;D ;D ;D don't worry magessss your wife shld be hearing soon now... just another few more days ....u both will be together ... ;D good luck dear

ya 6 more weeks for winter or in another words when March comes it will be spring or falls. This winter is dragging a lot by this time we would have seen the spring last 2 years ago. Well good to here that you still enjoying the winter cold. Well I am waiting for the good days to come and believe me it is killing me. I am just sitting here and waiting, waiting but still nothing. It is the 2nd week now after the re-med and passport has been submitted still nothing. Also, this coming Monday is going to be long week end (Family Day). AIYAAAA BAHUT BAHUT NAINSAFI HAI (family tu nahi hai lakin family ki judai jaroor hai)

hey reeyan whats up with your file any news from the GREAT ndvo?? ya its pretty nice....but the weather at times gets to u....then I wish I was in Mumbai... but its not so bad now....last few days has been great weather... ;D just another few weeks then im sure will see more of Toronto

Just got in Process!

Medical Done: April 15th 2013
App Filed: May 29th 2013
AOR: June 21 2013
Passport Request: July 3 2013
In Process Date: January 28th 2013

I did an MP inquiry a week ago and they said the VO recommended interview waiver and the medical was received (at this time ECAS showed "Application Recieved" ). The MP said that the only remaining is processing the medical and doing the background checks.

Hopefully everything is quick as possible now.

And just to let everyone know, my ECAS changed on Sunday to "In Process", but the date shows January 28th, and I'm 100% sure the ECAS was still Application Recieved b/c i check it like 2wice a day.
