Anybody have a answer?

1) Sponsorship approval in May 2013
2) File received in CIC, Delhi in june 2013
3) Requested for Passport in July 2013

Medical and PCC was submitted with initially application set.

How long it takes now?

My wife did the medicals re-assessment today. At hospital they said the results will reach NDVO by tomorrow through courier.

Hope they work on it soon and issue the visa soon. :-X

My wife's file has been recommended an interview. But still no interview date scheduled. Me & my wife are frustrated with the ndvo.

How you know about the interview recommended ? if you came to know about interview from notes then check the last paper file movement as it will have a due date, you should receive email in around 1 week to 1 month from that due date...

We have no idea. All the MP inquiries and Notes didn't answer why it was delayed.

let's play who is worse off here...lol...mine showing 'application received' 'meds received' but no passport request yet and I am May 21 applicant....there is one feb applicant who has not been asked to send passport yet...if I go through 2012 thread I will find some one there who has not heard anything from NDVO at all...maybe i should search 2010 and 2011 New Delhi threads too

Hello you are a August applicant.i m surprised ? They don't refused your visa without interview.any red flag on your application like long age difference,both parents absent on wedding,2nd time marriage, marriage registered under special marriage act not in Hindu marriage act,not same cast/culture,spouse stay in India less than 12 days, depot from USA/Canada.if not any then don't worry.Hope for the best.may be now they are working on applications super fast. one applicant was got visa in 5.5 months also.

i am not saying 'no ip or dm today' regarding my case,it was for the forum members that no updates came in picture today apart from interviews?

There will always be someone worse off in this world my friend, and I feel for all those people. Like for example, there will be someone with only one arm, then further there will be someone missing both arms, then there will be someone with both arms and one leg missing, then there will be someone with both arms and both legs missing, then there will be someone missing both arms both legs and no head (oh, that's called dead). Now, all these people (missing various body parts) feel bad, and are sad, and it's true that there are people who are suffering wayyyyyyyyy more than them (except maybe the dead guy, because he's dead), but one only looks at his/her immediate situation, it's true, that in the back of their mind they know that people do exist that are suffering more, but as human beings I think our own suffering takes a higher priority. That's just how humans behave. So, to sum it up here, I feel bad for myself because I see no movement in my file and this affects me directly, and I know you are worse off because you applied before me and still have no passport request (but this does not affect me directly, so I feel less bad/sad), I still feel for you bro. We are all just looking at our own individual situations here, and feeling bad/sad for ourselves, because something that affects us immediately/directly takes higher priority than something that affects others (especially if we don't know these "others" personally). Wowwwwwww my longest post ever
