unfortunately if you have indian passport then you need a transit visa....or if you have a visitors visa then balle balle....

IT'S DM!!! I checked in the morning around 9:30AM Indian time however it was IP. Then this evening at 6:15PM the status changed to DM.

I did not receive any call for address nor my Indian address has changed to Canadian yet.

I just applied for my wife's sponsorship last month on 2nd december 2013, they received the documents on 3rd december.
Average processing times for approval of sponsorship is 29 days. Mine has already taken more than that. Is it usual?

Hi swmi77,
You should not worry about address changing on ecas. As long as you get your passport with valid visa, you are good to fly to your Canadian address.

My ecas status has been changed to "Decision Made" as well today))

Can someone tell me whats the next step from here.......will they call or email me to confirm the address before sending the passport. What sort of time frame am I looking at?

I have the same problem , my app was received nov 4th and every time I call I get a different answer ,I called this Friday and they told me to call back next Friday , I think I will probably reach the mental hospital by the time nd gets my file or if my file is even sent to nd
