Basically it takes 30 calender days.

We applied on 27august, no PPR yet. Applied for the notes on 1st dec, nothing on that front. People who've applied for the notes after us have received them. No answer from MP either(inquired about 10 days back).any idea about what we need to do now?

Just send a mail to the notes department with your payment receipt number and they will send the notes

The time limit for notes is 30 days so you should receive it a day or two. From my personal experience MP enquiry is not of much help and many forum members have had similar experience in the past. So I think you should get an idea on your application from notes.
