Hello,

I am an Indian working in Kuwait. My fiance has a PR and works in Canada as a nurse. We will be marrying in December 2014 after which I want to shift to Canada. Also, my fiance will be applying for her Canadian citizenship around March 2014. I would like to know what would be the best possible way to get my PR early so that we can start our life in Canada together.

come on tourist visa and then apply from canada itself.....i have seen people do that.....or try getting a job in canada or a work permit or jsut go as a student visa

Actually you will see that you will have 2 UCI numbers. once woudl be the sponsorer like the person having the CDN PR or cotizen sponsoring the spouse. It will show for that the Canada address. But when the one who is getting sponsored would have the India address.

But I believe there are instances of mailing addresses changing from Indian to Canadian for actually sponsored persons. It has been reported to happen before DM. But I am no expert and NDVO is a mess.

Hello All Future Canadians.

I wish you all good luck first.

My spouse has received her passport request to submit to New Delhi but unfortunately she has not done her medical yet so I have two question to all of you and hope to hear your feedback.

1. She is going to perform her medical test but I would like to make sure that as she has already her file number will doctor send her medical directly to Delhi or give her a copy.

Is it true that doctor normally issue medical report in closed envalope along with it's copy or pay receipt? Please clarify this point.

2. Her Client Application Status is not showing anything so what should be the reason?
