It must be so tough to update others status of IPs & DMs (the ones who applied after u) and not hear anything on ur application.

as the mail suggested my medical is valid till 27th December what does that means that? will have to enter canada before that when i get visa or after getting visa can I get tickets for post 27th December date ..........

it means that if u get visa after that then u will have to go for re-medicals ....only after ndvo asks u to....... did they extend it for 3 weeks?

Hope so but as I informed you earlier my wife and kid both Canadian citizen live with me and we applied for pr from India
They ndvo ppl are not concern about me as much as they about my wife's intent to live in canada that why this delay is what do u think about it I am so worried and worked up

It seems like they got RCMP clearance and Indian police clearance, what else would they be doing in criminality check?

I'm in the same stage as you, for me no background and criminality not yet started.

said that my file reached them only on 15th july .....which is crap coz I have proof of transfer date which is 19th june......and its waiting for initial review by a VO ...... and I got my ppr on 19th july ....which doesn't make sense to me...

To show intent, your wife has to show her establishment in Canada. This would include her family if any in canada. If she does have family here, get them to send a letter saying they know of her intention to move back to canada. Also, if she owns property, or has signed a lease on a place. I would also document her activities like trying to find a job, emails to recruiters in Canada etc. how long has she been in India with you?
