NEW DELHI - 2013 APPLICANTS.

Hi guys,

My wife got a call from CIC at about 4:30 PM Delhi time. Unfortunately she was not available to answer the phone. She had about 4 missed calls by Canadian High Commission, India.

She called back at around 5PM but office was already closed. No emails or Status update has happened. What are my options? Should she call them tomorrow to see if they answer? I doubt it will be easy to get a hold of anyone there.

Below is my timeline. Any help will be appreciated.

Application Sent - March 3, 2013
Application Recieved - March 5, 2013
Decision Made (Canadian husband's request approved for sponsorship) - April 2, 2013
Passport Request (Wife in India's passport request etc) - April 22, 2013
Passport sent (May 12, 2013), according to tracking number, the passport arrived at Canadian High Commission in Delhi on May 14, 2013
Status change to "In Process" on October 10, 2013.

Its a good sign.. may be they confirm ur wife mailing address like guna8899.. today he's also got a call from New Delhi High Commission...ur PP with visa is on the way let us know u get it gud luck...BTW r u from India OR Nepal??

Hey guys..One thing came in mind as I got to know about my interview through GCMS notes so can we contact NDVO to send more proofs that we have genuine relation or should wait till they contact us. :'( suggest me can we send like this or not. As most of guys skip their passport request and come to know through their GCMS notes. They are suggested to send along with copy of GCMS notes. Can we approach them as we also come to know about our interview????

My gutt is getting all twisted inside. I hope she can get thru to them tomorrow so everything gets cleared up.

We applied on Mar 15 and got a passport request on 26 April. I submitted my passport on 29 April. My online status changed to In Process on 15 Oct and I got DM today.

nopes.. call back bhi nhi aya.. i applied againn yesterday lets hope for best... but i dnt understand wht hppnd wid d first req i hav sent d letter form cheq everything on d given adress still huh..

more thing i wana knw is.. ma hubby applied for his parents immigration its still pending do u think this might d reason behind ma delay n interview ????

we tried to apply online but d prob was at d tym of payment d address space given was not sufficient to type d street name koi solution nahi tha hav to mail d form

No, i don't think so.. its not affecting on ur file that hr hubby sponsoring his parents.....!!abt ur Interview its u guys knows better why they IV..!!
