i applied for husband on march 6 and our ecas is showing application received and medical received i was wondering still we can get call for interview ? or they waived it already..

Thank you for contacting our Edmonton-Spruce Grove constituency office regarding the Permanent Residence application of your wife, ******





I contacted Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on your behalf. Immigration officials advised that a permanent resident visa has now been issued. Officials further advised that the applicant's visa, passport, and any original documents which were on file will be sent by registered mail to her Indian mailing address. She should receive this package in the next 7-10 days.

I hope this information is helpful. Should you require any further assistance please let me know.

don't worry ya ppl from jan -feb waiting still and even their case is simple......just be positive since these fools are bk to work we shld be getting bulk good news soon....its day 2 and tom is a holiday so lets just pray good news comes soon its already 1st oct.......its abt time we get VISA'S now

that's really sad ...........since these guys are all bk....if they want they can give visa's in a weeks time with everything checked......since they are very happy with the raise hopefully they can make us the biggest 'BAKRAS' happy don't worry I am sure u will get good news very soon....

Hi All

I did an MP inquiry for my wife's application status recently. Only good news to share is that interview has been viewed. Background and medical check have not been started yet. They haven't even touched our file since Aug16...

Now its our time..

They are back.. Atleast waiting for a week is to see if any acknowledgments showering is far far better than waiting to see when they end their strike as they are back on work now.

Which means they will get their a*** rolling for work.

Hopefully wishing your file is in process but it takes them a while or sometimes you have your visa in hand and yet you don't see any change in status online.

Hey guys!! I wrote an e-mail to the new delhi office asking my query to submit my old passport on friday. Its Tuesday and there is no reply from them. I even called them this morning and the call center person didn't have any answer for my question. What should i do now? If they ask for the old passports later it will delay my process further. I am a january applicant and as it is I have waited too long!!

Re-sending an email with the same query will do no harm and if they pick up your last email and send a reply well and good or atleast you try again and they pick this one up!
