GUys, I have a question...what can an MP do in any case? can they speedup the process or all they can do is get the updated information. did anyone get any help form MP if yes in what way?

also in how many days can we expect a reply from MP if we proceed?

They will tell you only whats going on your file as your status.

In case of interview Visa office is going to inform you 4-6 weeks prior to the scheduled date and interview is not related to medical expiry.
