u r in Canada and your hubby is in india and u are goin to india for 15 days ? right? u can go without any hesitation ....maybe hes lucky and gets his visa during your visit then u guys can come bk together....

If you are living in Canada and are the sponsor for your husband, you have no restrictions to go and come whenever you'd like

I am a March Applicant.
We had applied on the 25th of March 2013.

After almost 6 months of applying today morning when I logged in to check my status online,I got a pleasant surprise.
From application received, it went to " IN PROCESS."

When you click on IN Process, it gives the following details.

1. We received your application on the 25th of March 2013.

2. We started processing your application on the 18th of Sept 2013.

3. Medical Results have been received.

Can somebody please update the sheet.

Key is to be patient Steve Jones, I am sure you will get some positive update soon.
I used to post in this forum long time ago, but since past 3 months people are just posting random stuff here. I only used to log in to check any in processes or decision made.

But since this is a good news , I thought of posting it here.

All the best to all, they are working on our files now it seems.

Just have patience and believe in your relationship with your spouse ,yourself and god.
Good things are in store for all of us.
It took my husband 7years to become a permanent resident of Canada, 2 Years of studies in Canadian university and then job in a Canadian company. Same status I will be getting in few month's time.

If we think logically and practically , we all knew that few months of waiting is required to get the same status as our spouses in Canada.
The timeline says 11 months now.

Key is positivity thorughout . All of us will get our visas soon.

Guess I am loosing my patience, I feel fortunate that I got a chance to go visit my Hubby Singh. Its been a week today that I came back from Canada but it still feels like ages

Guess this wait game is taking a toll on me again.. Is there anyone in this forum who is from Mumbai??

hang in there u don't have a choice nothing in our hands....they have started issuing visa's ...now u just have to sit and wait for your turn.....they have reached 4th april applicants but a lot of ppl from 2012 then jan-march 2013 are still waiting for their visa's....just be positive and keep yourself busy..... everyone will get their visa's soon or later... u are waiting only since 3 months here ppl have been waiting since 18 months....imagine their state.....all I can say is u need to have a lot of patience...god bless and hope u get your visa very soon

congratulations Atrayee Bhaumik did your e-cas chg just today morning or u haven't checked it in few days..........so happy for u hope u get your passport asap.......god bless and keep us updated........u need to PM prasamp or james.007 to update the spreadsheet...

Yap she was May, no kids ? Trust me i was shocked tooo...

There must be something like she must be having any imp function to attendent in canada else this CIC wudnt give away visa like that as none of may applicant apart from one who had kid was given visa, can u ask her what was her timeline??

Straight forward case.
spouse just 2 years elder to me.
Love cum arranged marriage . provided call logs, gift bills, all documents attested, chat history , basically everything they asked for .
mEDICALS WERE DONE ON THE 19TH OF FEB 2013. And we had sent the medical reciept along with the entire package.

My education is (FSTC-7313 refrigeration air conditioning mechanic) and Bachelor of computer application(FSW-2174). I want to apply for permanent worker for canada but i have not experience in any field. If i provide FAKE WORK EXPERIENCE letter so it is valid or it creates problem for me?? also My sister have PR Visa for canada so is she benefit for me? if i get Job offer from Food Court so it can help me or not please Help me....
