We have heard many stories from Lawyers/consultant on this and other forums. They make stories according to the situations so client wont get upset with the delay or stupid work they have done on their files.

One lawyer asked to one of our forum member that there is $500 fee for GCMS notes...

It is not true..They cannot just put aside the applications....Giving priority is different from totally stop working.

. Yes u r right jk45 layers are doing that such thing to calm us I talk to one lawyer he said the files at the Ndvo are send to barma because they are not at strike and they have not much work to do so they are processing the files.

hahaha Burma...last time i heard they are still in the planning phase to open up embassy in Burma.

Yes i agree with you...there are better things to worry about rather thn rumors from so called Lawyers.

lawyers know nothing.....I actually came to this forum and got to know things...he told us I can take tourist visa and stay with him till pr....and also he never even mentioned ndvo takes pp in the beginning ..all our plans went into the drain anways that was the 1st and last time we every spoke to any lawyer .!! they have started processing visa's and very soon we all will be in Canada so chill and wait for your turn...pls watch big boss ppl who are bored trust me it will keep u entertained till your visa's come hehhe

. Yes Khud ko bachane k liye vo aise jhooth bolte hain k lok apna gussa kahin un par hi na nikaal dey. My file. Delayed by my lawyer for 2 months i send my all documents medical police clearence all. Time line story and other necessary.

My Husband received his passport today with Visa stamped.

I would add MP into your list too. MP checks only the status nothing else. Lawyers guide me into wrong direction too, which made me into this situation. My wife was a dependent in another sponsorship before the marriage, and I married her, the lawyer told me to apply for spousal sponsor, so that she can have both. He said which ever get processed faster, she can come to Canada faster with that visa. As soon as I applied for the spousal sponsorship, NDVO removed the other sponsor, because she is no longer dependent. I never thought about this, and even my stupid lawyer never thought about this. My wife's siblings and parents are now in Canada and my wife is by herself. Never listen to lawyers and MP. I always try to do the right ways, but now I ended up in such a mess.

It will chnage suddenly one day (anytime soon in your case) DM or In Process.....have little more patience..almost there now.

yes lots of ppl who got visa's the e-cas never chged and they got their pp....don't worry e-cas is not reliable at all

don't worry ...u guys are nearly thr now ..........im happy we filled the application all on our own and not with lawyers ...
