my hubby spoke to mp.. 11 to 12 mnths is d processing tym please wait and we cnt gv u any information regarding ur status..

cant wait for tom now...........at this pt officers shld even work at night from their homes.......after giving us 2 months of bad luck...anyways the more files they keep getting they will have to hurry up with the old files otherwise they will go mad with the pending work...

I know it sucks... Ask me.....Does not hurt if u send them the photos...I was end up sending my immigration file twice because they lost my first file and after 3 months when i sent them the written complaint they found my first file and also kept the second file...

It was not easy to do the whole new file and collect some documents second time....

I assume you found that they lost your file by doing a GCSM....some people in this forum say wait wait till they ask you and don't do GCSM...if you had not done GCSM how else would you have known?

No i was waiting for the AOR and i was calling them almost everyday. They opened a ticket to look for my file... but they gave up...and then i sent a written complaint to the manger CIC and also sent my second app kit and suddenly they found my app and processed the SA quickly.

i hear you......same here... and lot of others applicants who r living in Canada...they do have family to support them(sometime families do not understand)....for some reason this whole process is taking people into depression or even more....
