I just want to ask a question.


Is it ok for your E-cas to get no change from the 1st day off sending the file and receiving by NDVO. I only have 1 update that Application received on so and so date. Nothing has been posted after this?


Is this normal or should I do anything.

It has always remained the same for me as well. App received on March 6, 2013

Never changed "not even medical received"//

I think it is Ok...Will directly change "Decision Made" Soon....lets hope

hi everyone
i am living in Canada and i am PR holder here i got married in India in oct ,2012 and sponsor my husband file was forward to new Delhi on Jan 23,2013 and they requested passport on march 16,2013 and since than we are waiting.
any views how long usually they hold the passport up-to?

Passports can be held up even upto a year too - NDVO does that

Depends upon case to case as some Jan, 2013 applicants has got their passports back this week only.

Hey Myrah we share similar timeline you are also April,2013 applicant and some of us have not received PPR yet. Hopefully we'll get it soon.

Yes.. Very true. I applied in jan too and still waiting for passport it's gona be 4 months now. I don't believe it really takes This long to finish each case. It's quite a shame we are made to waste one whole year of our first year of marriage in seperation.
