I saw Decision made on E-cas today.
Address is also changed to Canada`s Home address.

My timelines

Application filled: Jan,21 2013
Passport requested: March,09,2013
Passport Submitted: April 01,2013
Address Changed to Canada`s home address: June 09,2013
NDVO started working on my application: June 05,2013
Decision made: June 12,2013

This is such a weird period of time... our lives are on hold, frozen in time...

Sponsorship Approval / File Transfer: February 18, 2013
PPR: March 16, 2013, Received By NDVO: March 21, 2013
Address Changed: June 9, 2013
Decision Made: June 12, 2013

Attn: All Applicants from Nepal
Please do not worry about how they send your passport back. I received an email from them asking to make necessary arrangements with VFS for passport pickup.
