Finally a welcome change to my wife's application, it is "In Process" as of September 17th.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on February 26, 2013.
2. We started processing your application on September 17, 2013.

Wooooooow one more good news.......hope to hear Decision made soon

Another good news guys...just received an email from New delhi visa office.... they asked me to arrange through the VFS office to return my passport back

Wooooooow Wooooooow Wooooooow super fast samz ana... ;D ....this morning in process n asking to make arranagement to collect passport :-* :-* :-*

Hello All, I applied for my wife on 8th August, and i received the SA on 4th Sep, and 20th Sep(today) my wife received an email to submit her Passport to New Delhi , so seems like things are moving fast(which i never expected), Just curious to know how long it takes to ge the Visa when they have the Passport.

Since my lawyer was saying that we might get approval by october ..
